International Shipping Options and estimated delivery time frames are:

India - 2 weeks, Australia - 2 weeks, Rest of the World - 2-3 weeks

Any customs / import charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

The Dr Wood Challenge Centre does not ship to PO Boxes and if your delivery address differs from your billing address it may take up some time to verify. Otherwise orders dispatched within 2 working days unless goods are not in stock. Most items on the site are held in stock and we always attempt to adjust the site if stocks run out. If an item is out of stock and we can procure or make more within 7 days, we will hold off the shipment to await the item. If a shipment is urgent and you do not wish for us to wait for an item to arrive or be made, please advise us.

If your item is damaged in transit or goes missing please email and we will take it up with the shipping vendor. It may take some time for a resolution so please be patient. We do not give refunds or replacements until the shipping vendor responds with their verdict.

Product returns are only accepted, if the product delivered is faulty. Only the product prices will be refunded and no other costs.
